Tujuan keseluruhannya adalah untuk mendorong perubahan dalam kebijakan terkait iklim dan tindakan pengemban tugas (pemerintah daerah dan sektor publik) yang memastikan suara masyarakat sipil dan kelompok yang kurang terwakili untuk mengklaim hak mereka dengan menciptakan ruang sipil yang terbuka dan berpengetahuan dengan harapan hasil. adalah:
1) Memperkuat kapasitas masyarakat sipil dalam advokasi berbasis bukti dan menjadi perantara pengetahuan produksi bersama;
2) Ketersediaan ruang sipil online oleh kemitraan multi-stakeholder;
3) Mengembangkan dan memelihara manajemen pengetahuan dan skema perantara; dan
4) Merumuskan kebijakan, tindakan, dan kesadaran publik terkait keadilan iklim.
